OpenVpn/PPTP With Port Forwarding

I need someone to help me configuring OpenVpn/PPTP with all ports forward to vpn client. VPS will have 2 public ip addresses so what i want to achieve is forward all the ports of 1 ip to vpn client.

I can install OpenVpn/PPTP just need help with IP Tables. Would be much better if it can be done on softether VPN.

I can pay small amount as a gift OR can buy VPS from you with 2ips if someone can help me.
