    Well as this has been well and truly necrosis now, here is how the story ended, they offered me an extension to get the info to them of 7 days, so 14 total, on day 6 of the original 7 they suspended my account anyway for not providing the info they requested.

    I sent the info they wanted on day 10 they rejected it saying I missed the deadline, I forwarded the email saying I had an extension, they said that should not have been offered, closed my account and kept what ever was left in it.

    I switched to using the blockchainv2 module, everything has been fine since.

    Similar experience here.

    closed my account and kept what ever was left in it.

    They didn't close our account however but we had switched primary processing to Coinbase as verification on their side took some time.
