During weekdays their support responds within 24 hours. During Weekends it takes a bit longer.
Honestly, that's probably the only way to get it back online unless you have any other better alternatives (if their automated systems aren't working right).
Kimsufi kicked me out ;(, just for using loader.io to test the system.

They said "50mbit/s / 10,000 PPS" is considered a DDOS attack, I explained to them its loader.io, yet still kicked out.
I quote from their front page.
your web-apps/apis with thousands of concurrent connections.
Its a DDoS. Yes it may be just a testing "tool", but it's still a DDoS. You should have probably asked for their permission first before you tested it.
I assumed it wouldn't matter.
Well, there's tons of previous posts on LET about how OVH doesn't tolerate customers who are targets for DDoS.

Just know that any "Network Stress-Test" generally means a self-inflicted DDoS.

You must be very unlucky, I actually used a Kimsufi server for DDoS mitigation before. Their network filters on traffic + my own rules on the server could take huge attacks for days at a time.
Indeed. I used loader.io on my site 3 times and they never caught on. But my kimsufi was in BHS.
Perhaps it also helped that my "monitoring" was set to off?
