You will likely get the almost the same answers from everyone here as they are all providers of the same products. You asked for the top 5, that narrowed it down quite a bit so that the answers become much the same. Also like I said the product is the same so the answers will likely be close if not the same. People tend to ask the same questions over and over again even if they change providers. We are creatures of habit what can I say.

You guys are the anomalies in the spectrum. If you had stock and Ald wasn't Ald your answers would probably be much the same as the rest. :P Of course then life would be dull but that is another story.

Now that makes more sense. Just five questions asked and five problem tickets. Not the top 5, or if you asked for commonly asked questions and ticket problems.

2. VPS requests when none are available and they don't even have 1 post
3. Legitimate VPS requests
4. reinstall requests for VPSs without a control panel
5. Legitimate VPS requests not submitted the correct way

I've been meaning to write a plugin for that WHMCS exploit, we get far to many of those tickets and it messes with our average response times.

The code that is submitted with them tickets decodes to a SQL Injection by attempting to use the smarty template system , and I think there was a bug in WHMCS that hackers were exploiting this with.
