He's obviously trying to run Minecraft servers on it. I'm willing to bet he grabs a server with a low end processor thinking ram and ssd = fast Minecraft and comes back leaving bad reviews about performance.

The only other one I can think of in your price range is Dacentec, but they aren't going to do more than nullroute you if a ddos occurs.
