I'm Looking for a cheap storage VPS in US West,I would like to get :

• RAM : 1GB
• CPU : 2 Cores or more.
• Disk : 250GB or higher.
• Bandwidth : 5T or higher
• Speed Port: 100Mbps or higher
• IP's : 1 IPv4 Addresses
• OpenVZ or KVM
• Located in US West [or any other location if the network is good for Asia]
• Under $8/month, $10 is hard limit.
