Yes, we use CNservers for all our Seattle services including VPS's, thanks for the mention.
Try out Secure Dragon - I had one of their OpenVZ plans in their CNServers location for the DDoS protection and the VPS was stable as hell. Not to mention the Wyvern control panel is VERY cool.
