I'll give my Cincinnati connection a call tomorrow to see how Cleveland is. I know they mainly focus on Cincinnati for property but I do recall him saying they have some projects in Cleveland. If anybody wants to build something out in Cleveland let me know, he buys old buildings and if you can commit to a contract he'll build out an office/retail
