Please tell me about cheapest per year UK/US vps with single dedicated ipv4. Just need something to run vpn server for 2 connections. Specs of 128mb ram are fine, hdd 5gb would be OK. Services with good reliability.

Well, not the biggest fan of their clumsy control panel, but at least in the German DC I can't back that claim.

Thank you , Personally I don't find the control panel as a big problem , the big one is the downtime ,, everyday the server down more than 30m , so I'm planning to move to another company with cheap cpanel/whm licenses and Whmcs included.
