Because, you know, you couldn't find this on your own: https://openvpn.net/index.php/access-server/overview.html
wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn-as-2.0.25-CentOS6.x86_64.rpm
then rpm -i openvpn-as-2.0.25-CentOS6.x86_64.rpm
then username will be openvpn and to setup password give cmd as passwd openvpn
To check admin panel see...
