    I understand what you wanted to say, but I don't see any difference. No sale is no sale, unanswered ticket is unanswered ticket and someone still might get offended for not answering.

    Don't get me wrong, I do think they should have answered your ticket, I'm just saying not answering does not make them super bad unprofessional company. It's really their choice if they want to answer or not, it would be completely different if they deleted your support ticket or refund request.
