I am looking for DMCA ignored VPS for downloading torrents this is for private use only I might be using Transmission as client.
I am looking for cheap VPS and I'd like to know yearly and monthly charges of VPS I'd prefer following specifications,

512MB to 1GB RAM
20-30 GB HDD/SSD
1TB traffic
Any location will be good
Dedicated IP

Does BlazingFast genuinely ignore DMCA? Never heard of them before, do you know which datacenter they use, the company address is listed in Portugal...

i'm sure they do. which datacenter they use i can not say atm. must be a nl location.
i know some really big and bad sites hosting with bf and they do nothing. thats there bussiness
