It actually is. There's two hosts and he's only highlighting one, not the full cluster. But then it's AMD MHz, I guess it's probably worth lesss =X

It's not. It's just as stated: Two systems with each having 16 cores with each calculating at 3 GHz.

Nothing special and definitely not worth the money. Could not even setup my own networking using vyatta appliance. I have no idea what they were thinking ...
They restricted vSwitch creation so you basically have to drop everything on VM Network.
Depending on what kind of shared storage it's actually using, it could possibly be worth the money. The licenses aren't cheap either.
