Did you open a support ticket?
The only thing I could find is the support email address, I emailed them earlier in the evening. I did not get an automated email or anything so figured I should post here just in case.

Yeah and the form only has hosting and accounting. I assume VPS is under hosting.
My only complaint about Edis is the awful VPS management panel and the lack of a ticket system!
ah well, going to bed, maybe by morning it will have resolved itself.
It looks like it's a ThorDC upstream provider not Edis specific problem. ...blame it on Fjarskipti ehf aka Vodaphone Iceland

We have a ticketsystem; customers just have no access to it (this will not be changed either).
And yes, this is/was a ThorDC problem, we don't run our own network.
