I can do 35$ for the above, except with 4 cores, and it would have 300gb HDD, unless you want the SSD it's an additional 2$ and it would be 40gb SSD (SSD is limited). We currently have a backup running weekly (however, client is still responsible for own data), but backup services are provided as a fail-safe.
