You got a few spelling mistakes in your post ;-)
Can we safely assume the 10Mb/s is a misprint and should be 10MB or 100mb?
I'd use this sort of VM for a backup node, since the high amount of disk, but with the distinct lack of speed, this would be an issue.

I think 100mb unmetered in Canada are next to impossible to be found within the LEB range, I remember another provider offers out of BHS advertising 100mb (won't mention the name here since this is @dosserversca 's ads), but it is actually 100mb for the first xGB and then 10mb unmetered.
Just curious why is it called DosServers?
