You can check LowEndGuide, they have a tutorial for the installation. Otherwise, we provide an OS with Squid for NAT VPS already installed.

I know how to use squid with ipv4 vps but NAT gave me headache because I don't know how to deal with shared ip+assigned port+http_port 3128 for squid. And nice offer I'll contact you soon.
