Looks like their network in Dallas has been down for the better part of 2 hours today, with an outage still ongoing as of 11:30pm PST.

Yep, has been pretty rough today...
Our router 1515-r1.ext a distribution router of many have suffer memory problems. These are customer facing distribution router meaning clients who are connected to them may have suffer outage and packet lost. Our engineer work to resolve the issue while some customer remain online using our secondary paths along with VRRP / BGP clients who have sessions on other distributions. Its worth the investment for these type of problems are these are very unexpected.

TL;DR Core/Distribution router had hardware issues which affected some customers who are connected to said device.
