ImpactVPS @Awmusic12635 has $24/y 512MB/150GB/600GB KVM in Seattle, I'm not sure on how much is extra bandwidth though.

There is no IPv4 in your request, so DeepNet's CAD $30/yr 512MB/150GB/2TB NAT VPS in Montreal is also an option.

Since you prefer a location close to Toronto, i suppose it's not a requirement. Would an EU based location an option for you?

Time4VPS is awesome and even though they are resided in Lithuania I think the 400 mbits dedicated network port speed should be fast enough for ya^^

Normally it's shared network port on VPS accounts, but if you do get dedicated server in this instance you do get dedicated network port.

Yes, it is indeed dedicated port speed:

    time4vps stated on their website:

dedicated port speed for each Storage server

    but supposed to be:

dedicated port speed for each Storage node

as physically impossible to have dedicated network card per VPS account on the node.

It's not. Same as it is nowhere else, this is not economical - Simple. As. That.

Their entire DC has not more than 20Gbit, and their entire city/upstream not more than 100, entire LT probably idles below a few 100Gbit total.

If they would do 400Mbit per VPS it would mean either 2-20 VPS only per node (unrealistic at this pricing) and 400Mbit per node would mean you need to reserve 16000Mbit per rack of 40 servers (which neither they nor any of their upstreams have constantly available).

Usually you pay 1/10th of your port speed as commit, so at let's assume 5 racks they would need to reserve 80Gbit and pay 8Gbit at the LT standard price of 50c-1EUR, which is probably more than they even have profit per month.

Much like the 'dedicated CPU' you can only use for an hour at a time.
