ZXHost Storage Upgrades

Just got this in the mail:

Hello ,

You are receving this email due to one or more of your services being effected by the following system upgrades we are completing on our enviornment, these are all to increase the performance and service stability.

Increase in per node uplinks from 2 x 1Gbps to 2 x 10Gbps
Avaliability of highly avaliable network based storage, allowing for seamless storage upgrades and requirements up to 150TB
Incease of power reduancy at Server PSU level aswel as PDU Level
Addition of extra upstream uplinks
Due to the above changes, we will require a small mainteance window (15 Minutes per a node) to complete the following hardware + network upgrades, the following dates have been aligned.

 

Date : 04/08/2016 + 05/08/2016

Time : 6:30 AM GMT - 8:00AM GMT

Downtime Expected : 15 Minutes per a Node between the above window

 

You will recieve an email in the next 24 hours listing your services and the exact date this service is effected on, we appologise for any inconvience this may cause, however all work is to improve and continue our service performance.

I only have services in Telehouse Frankfurt, so it may be only there.

Their storage line is in Hetzner if I recall.

My VPS was migrated, not sure about the others.

This effects are own hardware in Telehouse Frankfurt.

However Hetzner are also completing some switch / network upgrades currently.
