Hi,
i'm looking for two small VPS boxes (64mb, 2Gb HDD/SDD,~50GB max/month Traffic) for BIND9 service only.
1x USA (EAST)
1x EU
maybe another vps (nr 3) at the US Westcoast or Texas
No special needs: Just debian 6 as OS and the uptime should be atleast 98,0%.

Server dragon and ipxcore comes to mind
Bind9 is a memory hog. While i understand the low end spirit and all that i would not feel comfortable running it on less than 128MB of RAM VPS. Or maybe even 256MB.
Yep, better take a look at http://www.nlnetlabs.nl/projects/nsd/ or http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/tinydns.html
Or maradns n_n
But I guess the OP is trying to setup a kind of cluster or sth?
Yeah...sitting completely idle, named takes ~35MB on a CentOS VPS.
nsd is really more low-end.
Use powerdns, it's way better.
I have bind9 running as slave on StormVZ's 64MB yearly plan.
1x EU
We have all 3 available, if your ok to pay yearly!
http://stormvz.com/yearly-vps.html
$1 per month for 96mb ram on the US east coast: http://ipxcore.com/budget-vps/
It's a bit more, but I can't think of anyone else who does monthly payments at that price. And if you need more resources in the future, you can upgrade your plan as needed.

@OpenEneryProject I am using it, BIND9 of course, i've tested it, i am confirming that it's rock solid, and way more affordable and overall better than the Amazon route 53 DNS offer.
