[looking] Windows Dedicated Server 8GB Ram|i7|100+mbp/s uplink | 99% uptime

Hello,

Any Windows Servers with these specs;

8GB ram
i7 Quad Core
120+ SSD
Server Location: Netherland Preferred or Offshore (No US)

Must have open port/s.

I have worldstream dedicated and they blocked my port I was using for my license manager.
I needed a 99% uptime dedicated server which doesn't blocked my port/s.

Budget $40-$70

    No, no notice/warning at all.

Basically I'm running my licensing software that I coded inside Dedicated server.
Customer connects to my License manager --> Verify the serial --> Decide wether its Subscribed or expired or Banned --> Sends data back to the customer.

I don't know see why it was blocked for no particular reason.
Been using routerhosting for over 5 years without no issue.

With this worldstream dedicated. 3 Days of use and its already giving me headache.

I had a bunch of networking issues with them before. It could be their new application firewall and they dont even know its happened. Do you need all that power or would a vps be sufficient?

    Yes, I do.
For years I have been using vps and just recently decided to actually upgrade to a dedicated.

I sent an email to their support. Without no reply yet.
They don't have Support ticket system aren't they?

If Moldova is OK for you then look at our E5620 plan.
