because I don't see why that small setup fee should be a drawback at all, given your budget.

Because I dont like setup fee... how hard can it be to setup an already set up server for someone ? thats just me... some people like to pay extra for some things some people dont... I said about $30... but could be $35-40 too... also I think they dont accept paypal anymore... do they ?

The setup fee is there to cover their labor costs and to prevent people from buying and canceling within a month.

Would you rather pay $30 a month with setup or $50 a month without setup for the same server?

I would like to make a compromise for 4-6 months without having to pay for setup fee
