Dedicated server in Romania for VPN service needed

We are looking for a dedicated server in Romania with the following specs:

• Intel Atom, Dual Core or Quad
• 2 to 4 GB RAM
• CentOS 6.7, 64 Bit
• 32 GB SSD or smallest possible HDD
• shared gigabit uplink with max. 15 TB of monthly traffic.

We would like to bring our own /24 subnet.
Our preferd payment method is Bitcoins.

We are looking for a longterm contract. After the first month we can pay in a three months' rhythm.

Can anyone offer such a machine (no VPS, please)?

@flex: Can you offer "Dell Intel Xeon Quad Core CPU 4x 2,66GHz X3353" with a shared gigabit uplink and 15 TB of monthly traffic instead of 100 Mbps unmetered?
Do you accept Bitcoins?
Which carriers do you use (hopefully not Cogent!)?

We can take any small dedicated server with a shared gigabit uplink and a maximum of 15 TB of monthly traffic as long as we can pay in Bitcoins.

Please no routing via Cogent!
Our experience with them is too bad.
TeliaSonera, Level(3), GTT, NTT, RETN or anythiny else except Cogent would be fine.
