If for private use, i dont see any problem with it. Be aware of the bandwithd limits, inbound is unmetered, outbond is metered. Cheers.

Hetzner is coorporating when law enforcement contacts them, so yes torrenting is not a problem at all if you use private trackers only. I wouldn't seed public torrents from their network.

Hetzner do not want porn, warez and any other stuff that might be illegal on their network. Not that they actively monitor things for this (I know about some larger illegal communities on Hetzner servers), but they act very fast and strict if they gain knowledge. I would avoid anything that might trigger complaints or, better, choose another provider if in doubt.
