Good day.
Looking for German VPS, located in South-West area cities as Frankfurt am Main, Nurnberg, Munchen (and all other in this region!). I already asked about VPS in Stuttgart but seems there is no such offers. Important: IP WHOIS MUST BE the same as city.
I already have VPS at https://signaltransmitter.de/web/de/ and it's OK, but i need more. Tried Aruba but their DE location whois is IT.
I need to run PPTP VPN with minimal bandwith (less than 1Gb / month) so specs are any. Monthly or quarterly payment by PP or CC.

@GalaxyHostPlus used to offer similar servers in Frankfurt too.
Check out Aruba Cloud — they offer a Germany location.

This isn't the first time you have posted irrelevant things, so flagged.
The OP asked for a VPS in Frankfurt, and according to the offer httpzoom linked, they offer VPSes in Frankfurt. I'm not sure I understand your objection.
Probably the price requirement of 1 euro compared to his offers that are over 3 euros.
