LeapSwitch and Ctrls are great options fr India.
Ctrls were a dumb group when I last used them... but that was 5 years ago when they were kind of new. Don't know how good they've become... but do check their status before switching
Ctrls are more into b2b kind of hosting now. Not sure if they will do this small one.
