Mikrotik is a no-brainer, it'll give you netflow stats and has far superior bandwidth management capabilities than anything you'll find.
If you just want to just track your bandwidth for a while, you could try using a old laptop with pfsense and a usb nic as your router. This would be lowest cost option assuming you already have the spare parts.
