IOZone Benchmark Screenshot - Need help

I'm trying to figure out the random write and random read iops on my new VPS, using Iozone.

1.What's the right figure to look at?
2.What do the figures mean i.e. parent, children, min xfer, etc.

Yes you get blazing fast disk. So fast, it spins at 14400rpm and breaks the motherboard. kthxbye
