Any dirt cheap yearly 256MB KVM with IPv4+v6 in East-US?
For a secondary dns + ntp/ping monitor, I'm after a low-end offer with these minimal requirements:
- KVM only, >= 256 MB RAM
- 1 IPv4 and /64 IPv6
- control over reverse DNS, OS reinstall, etc.
- E. or central US location (e.g. NY, GA, CO), or E. Canada (no OVH)
- less than US$24/yr
Based on usage stats at my other equiv servers, 2-3 GB of storage and 50-100 GB of monthly transfer would do.
As the intended use depends heavily on good latency and routes, please provide a functional looking glass, or test IPs (both v4/v6) at the expected DC.

LetBox has $21/y 512MB KVM in Dallas.
Have seen this offer in some other thread - unfortunately they lack functional IPv6.
Another cheap one is VirMach's $17/y (with wht25 code) 256MB KVM, not sure on IPv6 availability, allocation type on each their locations and rDNS management though @VirMach. And check RamHost again (they have already been mentioned in your previous thread).
That's probably all I can remember. Your requirements are fairly strict as per usual

That particular offer is LA but he does offer in Charlotte, North Carolina as well so not sure if that offer is limited only to West Coast. Worth an ask.
Someone was kind enough to make a nice offer at some sweet location near DC - all my anal-retentive requirements fulfilled and even more
