Well same, apprantly my account does not exist trying to recover my password...
can confirm this works, at least for registered customers.
given code after survey simply adds 1€ credit to your balance (can be added via normal order-form where there is a voucher link)

VAT don't apply in my country but can't remove VAT Tax from my orders in Aruba site tried every mentioned way so this 1 Euro doesn't work because of the extra .20 Tax added in order.
Aruba is probably up there with the worst providers when it comes to giving a friendly website to customer specially the separate client area and control panel and if you forget your control panel password there is a big chance you are not going to get that sms to reset your password! This is one of the reason i was never able use that $10 they gave to me for a 1 month trial!

They remove VAT on request (ticket). At least if you are from europe and provide a valid VAT ID which shows up in VIES... Can't tell how they handle outside of europe but would guess you need to send in some ID for verification..
Excellent service so far - atleast at France DC. running it from last 8 months... no probs if you can optimize your config!
They offer 2 months free when register with them.

In order to get VAT exemption, you must first create a customer profile in our systems.
To do so, please connect to http://cart.arubacloud.com/ and click on "Registration" button, in the registration section.
In your customer area, activate VAT exemption option.
In the comment area, please indicate us the reasons for this exemption.
Place an order, choosing a differed payment (e.g. Bank transfer). Its purpose is to initiate the exemption process. It will be cancelled once our team has validated your request.
Our Customer Team will be notified and will process your enquiry.
You will be notified by email as soon as your request be accepted.
From that moment, any further order will automatically be exempted from any VAT.

mind sharing if those promo is restricted to certain customers or maybe outdated? I don't see a sharing section within the customer panel at all...
For saving 20 cents that bank order is cost too much....
