    My Virtono adventure:

    Ordered service on: 6/22/2016

Started to use service on: 6/29/2016

    >

With-in 1 hour of starting to use the server as a VPN the server was shut down unexpectedly and without any notice generated. I was able to restart the server from the panel the first time. Another hour past, used less than 50GB of bandwidth by this time and server was suspended again and this time marked as 'terminated' in my account. Opened support ticket.

    Opened ticket #465055: 6/29/2016 @ 11:45PM EST

    Received support reply: 6/30/2016 @ 3:43PM EST

Reply was very generic and stated:

"Everything should work just fine from now on.
Anyway, we are monitoring this node more often in order to prevent these errors."

Took them at their word, closed ticket.

Put off using the server again for several days just to make sure they had time to resolve their issues.

Started using the server again: 7/4/2016

Again with-in an hour of using the server and nominal bandwidth server is shut down and set to 'terminated'.

    Opened ticket #453044: 7/4/2016 @7:05PM EST

    Received support reply: 7/5/2016 @ 6:58AM EST

    Was told:

"Indeed we have noticed too. We are investigating this issue and I hope we will solve it and never happen again. If it does, we will migrate all servers on this node to another, in the same segment, so nothing will be changed. If you want your vds to be migrated anyway, we can do it whenever it suits you."

    Closed ticket.

    Summary:

At this point I lost faith that they even knew what they were doing. If their only solution to this issue is to move me around from node to node and give me useless responses which include no real detail of what caused the issue, then it isn't worth my time to continue. At this point I considered the server a total loss and left it sit idle and have now canceled the server at the end of billing period.

Support reply time wasn't awful for Low End, but the responses included no actual information about the issue or cause of the issue, just empty promises of a fix (or suggesting migration). While I received a response, they might as well have just e-mailed me back about how their life was going that day, the information obtained would have likely been more interesting at least.

In the time I did get to use the server the network wasn't very impressive. I chose the node in NL and chose the '5TB @ 1Gigabit' option at sign-up. Overall I ended up using maybe 60GB if I was lucky? I can't tell you for sure because their control panel doesn't even keep this information, I can't see my usage for last month at all and it only shows '0.44GB' used for this month. To be fair though, I never really had a chance to really use the network anyways as each time I tried I was suspended.

    TL;DR/Conclusion:

Stay away and find a provider that knows how to manage their nodes and spend the few extra dollars it takes to know your with a provider who can care for their nodes and their customers without excuses or non-informal responses.

    my 2 cents.

    Cheers!
