    2x 500GB SATA3 HDD
    10TB transfer @ 1Gbps, additional $1/TB
    /29 IPv4 (NO IPV6)

    They have phoenix,AZ and ashburn,VA.

    It was in 2011 some time, their site was not loading and other sites hosted by them were not loading until they null-routed my IP.

    It's just marketing putting some summary-speak onto what the numbers are. Similar to how you can purchase cloud service in Ghz that are obviously greater than the clock speed of any single core.
