    Look at quickpacket, delimiter, wholesaleinternet and if you're feeling lucky ask quadix.

    Try serverstadium. Not sure if they're on here. I'm using their ex-Facebook custom Dells for dev. Their support is a little too diligent (yes, the thing goes down, I'm testing some shit out, I didn't say webdev) but the specs are solid, I'm on a SATA that's a bit worse for wear (65 power ons but 11000 hours) but it works for what I'm using it for, and it's half your budget.

    Note the uh, CS24-TY Dells are totally custom so not only do you not get support from Dell but also they barely acknowledge their existence, and if you try to upgrade the firmware at all you can easily brick it. Watch out. The price is right though, if you want a box on the west coast. Doesn't do spectaular speeds with Europe - that's to be expected, I've been a Washingtonian for most of the decade and one does not go to Seattle to not take advantage of decent speeds to Asia or the best deportation defense attorney in America.
