Ram : 128-256mb (256mb will be really good)
Disk : Dont care. As low as possible.
bandwidth : even 1gb can do -_-. Its a simple whois like server for query.
Budget : upto $2 per month
if anyone can think of any pls lmk. Also no hostsailor since their IPs are getting scanned pretty much every hour. Too many bruteforce attacks and i need my vps to have iptables diabled (i know its bad idea) .
