    If you are not in BJ, SH, ZJ, JS or GD, you will always see "202.97.x.x" backbone, even to high-ended CN2.

    CN2 in USA? No "non 202.97" CN2 for sale.

    If both inbound and outbound you can see "59.43.x.x", it already can be recognized as "2-way CN2"
