List all the easy-vps-setup scripts with platform support.
I nominate Virtualmin since its the only one I've used. (It's a mature control panel too)
It has Debian, Ubuntu, centos support IIRC.
Are there any others with good Debian/ubuntu support for recommending to newbies to VPS?
I created this thread after seeing VPSSIM thread(centos only though)

EasyEngine
CentMinMod
TuxLite
Do you want to list setup scripts only or control panel script is included as well?
this may not qualify for a complete panel but i have been using it as it is small, supports docker containers and extensible "opensource"

Virtualmin is kind of a special case i think, because it is actually actively maintained.
Likewise, I feel only actively maintained scripts need be posted.

Recommend me one which includes optimization for wordpress sites.
EasyEngine has been already mentioned
EasyEngine and centminmod both have wordpress support but which one you think is better? any personal experience
You're @WebGuru.
I used until now virtualmin/webmin & vpssim.
and I can recommend vpssim, really simple and doesnt eat much resources like the other one.
More into design and development of sites than managing servers and vps
Thanks for sharing your experience i will take a look at it.
Which is benefit of Centminmod over Easyengine? Is Centminmod better at optimization for Wordpress?
I haven't used easyengine as i am more centos guy myself
Centmin Mod for out of box security and performance if you you're using the WordPress auto installer http://centminmod.com/nginx-wordpress-installer.html especially with centmin mod 123.09beta01 relesse but if you're manually installing then it would be up to you to secure
Easyengine folks are behind rtcamp so they do have a long history in WordPress platform though they only s few days ago updated nginx in their offering to fix openssl vulnerability cve-2016-2107 almost 6 1/2 weeks after the fixed version was released. While Centmin Mod nginx 1.11 was fixed within less 24 hrs of openssl 1.02h and libressl 2.34 release and usually is the the case for past 2 yrs for nginx and openssl and libressl related updates
Centmin Mod also has much wider nginx module and optional module support including dynamic nginx module support (FAQ item 39) and finer grain control over which nginx modules you want enabled. I suggest you also read the faq at https://centminmod.com/faq.html and getting started guide at https://centminmod.com/getstarted.html
And sign up or browse the official community forums at https://community.centminmod.com
Thanks @vimalware creat this thread.
The thead about VPSSIM in lowendtalk is: Has anyone using VPSSIM ( a Bash script auto setup Nginx, PHP-FPM, MariaDB and Manage VPS) here?
VPSSIM have many tools to manage wordpress website such as : WordPress Blog Tools
Adding Website to VPS with Wordpress code pre-install (also support Joomla, Drupal, PhpBB, SMF, MyBB, Opencart ...)
And many other usefull tools you can read at: http://vpssim.com
Anyone notice that typo in "Cancel" ??
Thanks.
oh la la.. I will fix it in next version.
+1 for minstall (debian and ubuntu) but its not longer developed. I hope someone will adopt it.
@teppeikun vpssim seems to be running nginx with openssl CVE-2016-2107 security vulnerability which was fixed 6 1/2 weeks and has other ssl issues you need to fix see ssllab test https://dev.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=vpssim.com&hideResults=on. Also nginx 1.10.0 is insecure latest is 1.10.1 and 1.11.1.
easyengine fixed theirs within the last few days but was insecure for 6+ weeks https://dev.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=easyengine.io&hideResults=on
centminmod fixed the nginx side via openssl 1.0.2h / libressl 2.3.4 fixed release within less than 24hrs of security announcement and all community forum members(they get announcements of security updates first) and followers on social media accounts and official web site notification was made within 48-72hrs of security vulnerability announcement https://dev.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=centminmod.com&hideResults=on
news updates were at https://centminmod.com/news.html too
centminmod.com HTTPS version of the site and forums also now support web browser push notification support to desktop/mobile/tablet based chrome, firefox and safari web browsers with intention to deliver centminmod release and security notifications to all users in a more timely manner
Then again 37% of Alexa top 10k sites are still vulnerable to CVE-2016-2107 as well http://news.softpedia.com/news/big-surprise-companies-are-slow-to-patch-latest-openssl-flaw-504579.shtml
centminmod and vpssim over easy engine anyday.
My personal choice is Centminmod. Been using it for the last 7-8 months, no issues at all. It is very actively updated and the community is very helpful (specially eva2000). Performance is excellent out of the box.
cheers @Junkless
Also regarding Centmin Mod developments. Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 is the latest and greatest and has the most extensive feature set to date. See change log at https://centminmod.com/changelog.html so might want to try 123.09beta01 first. It's the next stable release to come just working on a few more things like
