What will these be used for?
EDIT: OP runs a Twitter/Instagram/Facebook bot site. Would be a good way for your clean IPs to somehow end up on a blacklist.

I beg to differ it is illegal and against facebook's tos and most likely any hosts tos.
he clearly needs CPU extensions such as AES-NI etc
