So I would like to know what processor is better for hosting Minecraft servers and a teamspeak server. Thanks!
Processor:
AMD AMD Quadcore 120SSD + 2TB Preconfigured
3Ghz or faster
4 Cores / 4 threads
Or
Processor:
I3-3220 2TB Preconfigured
2 Core/4 Threads
3.3Ghz

Minecraft requires single threaded performance. AMD processors have horrific single threaded performance. Go with the i3 in this case, but if possible, use a SSD as you'll start lagging when your worlds get too big.
If I cannot get SSD, will my server lag? Because with the I3 it does not allow SSD. My faction server world is 10k, minigames server uses multiverse, Creative (PlotMe), Bungeecord, Hub, practice pvp server and a custom coded one that I'm working on!
Disk is largely irrelevant unless you have a lot of plugins using mysql - RAM is far more of an issue for MC/Java
Worst case, you can use a RAM disk.
It will only lag if your worlds get too large.
