I m facing regular issues with Backupsy server now a days. Any other similar alternatives in EU region for storage server. I require around 250GB space.

what issues are you having
DDOS attack in my IP. Null routing them by the data centre causes a lot of downtime.
Few times, the server being non-responsive so the backup process from the other servers will get stuck and load themselves.

If your server is being attacked, I don't see how it is their fault
Can you let me know a ticket ID or open a ticket to let me know what IP this is? Some of the DCs are a bit over-protective; we can request them to stop on specific IPs if it's true backup/storage usage.
He never said it was their fault nor point blame. He simply said he had issues with their service as of late.

Got a server from time4vps as of now. I am blaming only my IP for all the issues, because still I am not clear how my backup server's IP is known to outside world :P Its just store few zips and not even a script...! Once I was even made to format and reinstall the OS to make sure that nothing is there from the server side..:) Thanks to everyone for the suggestions..!
Some provider just blame someone (targeting) attack your IP, but in reality it's attack to their whole range you on. I've similiar problem with some random provider before, I left ASAP.
I used to create a low of tickets related to this issue and they used to support me. But I don't think changing the IP or moving to another node to another machine is possible. Now a days we don't close the tickets as we keep reopening the same ticket again and again for repeated downtimes.! Anyway I have created one more ticket now.
Seems like I need to skip time4vps too. Raised a ticket 1 day back and not even a response till now from support team
