Windows Or Debian.
I'm using Ubuntu 16, works fine.
I use Windows Server 2012 for it
hmm.. CentOS7->Docker->Plex..
Debian 64bit for me
Debian or ubuntu are my goto ! Install the .deb and be on your way!
Any os on their supported list.
As experience shows there is not a big differences in performance regarding OSs. So in this case recommendations would be to choose OS you like most in general. For me it's Ubuntu.
Always ran plex on Ubuntu since it's on plex supported list, it runs fine on Debian as well tho.
I doubt there's much difference in performance for the linux OS's.
I don't think there is that much of difference, too.
Used it on Ubuntu 14.04 (32bit & 64bit) and Debian 6.
Ubuntu, from experience seems to be best supported less buggy with Plex. Not sure if its the main Linux OS they use/test there side.
Debian. Thx.
