    @raindog308 It will work. I did it with a little bit more powerful processor, and the same amount of RAM, with no HDD running on 16GB USB2.0 flash drive. Since i had no IPv4 available i used IPv6 addresses. Needless to say my write speed was low 1MB/s, my read speed was tolerable 30MB/s (flash drive bottleneck), anyhow i managed to install a few VPSes including a mail server, a web server, a DNS server and such - just for the fun of it.

    I forgot to mention, i've installed OpenVZ on VirtualBox too. 4 cores, 1GB RAM, real HDD, worked really good, better than with the USB drive, read ~100MB/s, write speed ~50MB/s - HDD bottleneck. :)
