Any decent yearly KVMs and XENs floating around?

I can't seem to find that many yearly KVM or XEN offers. Do any of you guys have some available or know hosts that offer them?

For me, specs do not really matter.

I was aiming towards something in the US or in Australia, though I doubt the latter is possible due to Australian BW costs.

OP, you may wish to define "decent".

For me, a $25/year 128MB KVM from BuyVM is decent, as is a $30/year 128MB KVM from Hostigation.
