this looks good to be a seed+plex+kodi box or just asset hosting.
Can't be bothered to pay nearly €46 for the first month (they charge 2 months of service as well the first month, plus setup fee) with my creditcard.
It becomes easier and easier not to be tempted to spend money @ online.net...

The cost of 500 GB is probably the same as 1 TB now, so they've just upgraded the HDD model leaving the SSD model with 120 GB.

upgrade is ongoing (hope to be completed today, not sure, it depends on cabling time by AMS team),
40gb/s provisionned there lasted less than 2 weeks .... we are adding 20gb/s first (faster) then 2*40gb/s will be added (1 or 2 weeks)
we try to keep up with the growth but it's not just a finger snap ...

You have to pay 29,99 Euro monthly or use your own one via Proxmox. Native Windows installations are not possible because this server does not have a GPU.

Are these SC boxes any good for Plex transcodes of 1080p h264?
If yes, upto what bitrates (source, target) have you tested?
I tried on both SC and XC and they works but pretty slow.
On SC, unless you do optimizing (pre transcoded), it will be too slow for you to wait for it
