hey all i need cheap windows vps yearly or about $5/m
please give me a recomendation with description such as full admin access, shared admin, support encode,etc
any location no prob, but i prefer in asia.

    I'm guessing you're expecting the provider to supply the Windows license, or you're OK with a trial license that expires...?
