    We've been informed that IPv6 is on the way, (like in most places huh?), and as soon as it becomes available, we'll be giving a set allocation to each client, but until that day comes, in this location, we're unable to provide IPv6 Support.

    To open a ticket you can email us or just click "Contact Us".
    The only thing we have done with the WHMCS theme is removing the navigation bar, and we added the links you need to the footer. The other links in there (Domains, downloads, network status etc.) aren't really useful so we see no point in having that.

    Hello,

    I signed up for an account, the ip I was given did not work or ping. I accessed the SolusVM and re-installed the server. Both before and after re-install the serial console would not work either saying I had the wrong password. I submitted a ticket and when I went back to check on it, I found that I couldn't even log into WHMCS. Can you please check Ticket ID: 697247.

    An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found.

  • @TheLinuxBug I'm sorry to hear that. I found your ticket though, you probably were unable to view it because I'm assuming you were not logged in. Christopher told you in the ticket that we got a "broken" ip block from our datacenter, and we are working with them right now to fix this. We will update your ticket once this is fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Ouch, even working IP got changed...

    This was a small block and only had 4 working IP's on it, so we decided it would be best to change the IP's. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, if you have any further questions you can open a ticket in our customer service department.
