DDOS Protected IP's in London with GRE Tunnel
We are looking to implement DDOS protection for a solution hosted in London but the provider we are using does not support DDOS protection. The best solution seems to be to purchase a DDOS protected IP from a provider and then using a tunnel route the clean traffic back to our solution.
I guess a bit like cloudflare / incapsula etc but instead of protecting based on a domain name and do it at the IP address level.
Do you have any recommendations of providers who offer such a service?

Zare have Voxility protected servers and VPS in London and Bristol.
Hi,
we are able to provide remote DDoS Protection from Layer 3 to Layer 7, possible through GRE or OpenVPN with or without BGP Session. Our current mitigation capacity is up to 250Gbit / 370mpps or 1.000.000 HTTP Requests under Layer7 DDoS. Possible mitigation modes are dynamic (takes 2-30 seconds to recognize a attack) or permanent (routes all traffic through our filters at every time).
Our whole mitigation infrastructure is based on our self developed mitigation nodes which are located in our Frankfurt Points of Presence.
Clean Traffic starts at 1,50€ per Mbit 95/5 (minimum is 100Mbit) + 0,50€ for Tunnels.
@linuxthefish thanks for the link, will contact them, any idea if they route all there london traffic through bristol for the DDOS protection?
@Kabeldamagement thanks for the offer but we are looking for a company with a UK POP.
Latency should be not really higher, also our main upstream has a London Pop which decreases latency noticeable - if that matters
Yes, Bristol all goes through London.
Do you know what there network uptime is like these days?
We are using zare.co.uk for two years ago, and we are really happy with them. No issues nor downtime so far...
