For private tracker it's fine but you shouldn't use it on any public tracker due to the strong German laws regarding file sharing.

What do you mean about that? Got this abuse mail from Hetzner one of the days, and more reasonable can they not be in my book:

Most top private tracker bot use leaseweb or ovh box, you probably get "reasonable" peers.
