Bad news, right? I don't know what happen, this is my first service in OVH, I don't know how to do it.

In Control Panel, only have this message:
An error occurred while loading the information. (*.ovh.net : This service is expired, *.ovh.net : This service is expired, *.ovh.net : This service is expired, *.ovh.net : This service is expired, *.ovh.net : This service is expired, *.ovh.net : This service is expired)

And I can't connect my server, connection failed.
Very strange. Hmm...

I used "Upgrade my VPS" before, and I paid it.

Hmm, I opened a ticket, but OVH staff no reply me now.

Can you help me?

    Call them, unless you're under 18 and breaking their ToS, then their phone support will give you a resolution basically instantly.

    you are from china, right?
    call there support hotline or just email them, they have good support by things like this.

    You should wait for a reply from them, there is surely an explanation behind it.

  • when you have a problem like this, always contact your provider first, there's really not much a forum can do for you unless they have a representative in the forum that could take your complaint

    No, forum first please. Because ticket only take few minute for some, few hours for the other and days for the rest.

    How has it been solved? I once had an unanswered ticket with their billing department for weeks until I simply gave up.

    Hmm, I just say my service is expired, OVH staff say they billing system have some problem, if they fix this problem, my service will active again.
